Some parts of a journey may be provided by independent third-party suppliers, such as hotels, restaurants, museums, guides, drivers, transport providers, venues or experience providers.
Where Dutch Travel Story recommends, contacts or coordinates with third-party suppliers, those suppliers may apply their own terms, conditions, cancellation policies and payment requirements.
Dutch Travel Story is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, pricing changes, service quality or cancellation policies of independent third-party suppliers, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Dutch Travel Story may cancel, pause or change a service if circumstances make it impossible, unsafe or unreasonable to continue as originally agreed.
This may include illness, force majeure, supplier failure, safety concerns, travel disruption or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Dutch Travel Story cancels a service before work has started, any paid service fee for work not yet performed will be refunded. If work has already been partly performed, a reasonable amount may be retained for the work completed.
